On November 2, 2023, VOTALER's first self-designed Ceramic Vibrator was launched, breaking the constraints of existing models and making significant innovations in functionality and power. Named as "Dual Control Dual Mode Hammer&Vibration Leveling Machine". This Ceramic Vibrator is equipped with a 21V high-power motor, which significantly increases the vibration intensity; In terms of vibration, we have innovated the vibration module to reduce air resistance during operation, ensuring that the power generated by the motor is not excessively lost as much as possible. Every work done by the motor will be transmitted to the bottom of the ceramic tiles; We have also innovated the vibration mode by adding a hammer like impact effect, replacing the commonly used hammer; The tiler is usually equipped with suction cups, and our tiler can vibrate while sucking on the bricks. In other words, the handle of our suction cup can also be used as a vibration switch, making it more convenient for us to adjust a certain point during the tiling process; We have designed 6 levels of adjustment, allowing for the selection of appropriate levels for different types of tiles; The shell is made of high-strength engineering plastic, the handle is designed ergonomically and covered with adhesive, resulting in a total weight of only 1.5 kilograms (including batteries), ensuring the required strength for machine operation while reducing the overall weight, providing users with a very good user experience.
